Streaming product · Token-enabled model
A live-streaming product combining eSports discovery, creator tools, analytics and token-based platform functions.
Discuss a streaming platform01
Background
The customer’s goal was to create an eSports streaming platform with community, creator and monetization capabilities.
Viewers could follow streams and use blockchain-powered platform functions within an ICO-backed product economy.

Solution
The platform roadmap was structured as a standalone product, while the ICO was treated as a separate launch and distribution workstream.
We used Scrum-based delivery, coordinated product increments and prioritized the roadmap around the audience and competitive landscape. Platform features progressed while token-sale materials and contracts were prepared in parallel.
Product scope
The product connects the ICO, viewer and creator platform, and administration layer.
A product document describing the streaming application, its services and ICO model.
A concise entry point presenting the token sale and the project information available at the time.
Contracts supporting the platform model, including sale stages and related logic.

Live-stream discovery, viewing and creator donations within the platform experience.
Upcoming-stream planning with player and start-time details.
Viewing statistics for streams and the games represented on the platform.
Individual creator statistics covering results and platform activity.
Ranked views over daily, monthly and yearly periods.
Users could acquire tokens for use across the platform.
Platform rewards linked to premium streams and selected eSports activity.
Creator profiles with scheduling, engagement, streaming and payment-related tools.
Administrative controls for users, streams and platform conversations.
Tools for creating schedules, promoting streams and engaging active audiences.
Operational reporting on users, streams, activity and platform transactions.
Technology
The technology stack combined React, Node.js, Ethereum and Solidity.

Team composition
Business analysis, architecture, project management, quality assurance, DevOps, application engineering and blockchain development supported the platform.
Project outcomes
The platform gave creators a way to monetize live content and brought core streaming functions into one interface. The token was listed on IDEX and increased in value.

Modern platform strategy
Creator value, audience safety and operational reliability would lead the architecture—not token mechanics.
A comparable product now would start with scalable video delivery, moderation and reporting, creator payouts, fraud controls, accessible discovery, observability and privacy-aware analytics. Any real-money, token or gaming component would require specialist jurisdiction-specific legal review, age controls and clearly documented responsibility boundaries.
