The Customer is a leading SaaS provider for the automotive retail industry in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA region), with eleven offices in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Israel, Portugal, and the UK.
The SaaS tools delivered by MotorK are designed to simplify inventory and sales operations management, maximize traffic acquisition, speed up the launch of promotional campaigns, and more. This way, MotorK seeks to revolutionize the way how leads are created, managed, and converted in the automotive sector.

Integrated LeadSparK with all automotive DMS and cloud-based telephone exchanges to bring automotive lead management activities together.
Advanced the CRM with native Business Intelligence capabilities and created a report builder to enable car dealers to collect customer data throughout the car buying process. Customizable reporting widgets show KPIs on performance, daily activities, and deadlines.
Results
LeadSpark has more than 5,500 active monthly users. Over 700 customers engaged in the automotive management sector rely on this CRM tool to monitor their car buying process and the performance of car dealership sales. It is worth mentioning that in Italy, the CRM delivered by OpenGeeksLab was officially certified by BMW and Ford.
The project is ongoing, meaning that we have been building the platform for two years. We work with two-week sprints and conduct daily development team meetups.
