Project Background
The founders of SuperCarers faced hardships when finding and purchasing care for their grandmother caused by the lack of affordability and transparency in the UK care agency system. Besides, a significant shortage of carers forced local authorities to provide care only to people with critical needs.
To address these issues and minimize the negative consequences of the UK care crisis, the Customers decided to launch a social care platform that delivers carers’ booking services.

Built a digital platform that helps families find the right carer for their nearest and dearest. Users enter their postcode and specify care needs and skill requirements. After that the care navigation service finds the most suitable specialist in their location.
Implemented a five-step program to allow users to apply for a caregiver job.
Closely cooperated with the customer’s design team to build an intuitive and easy-to-use service care app.
Offered each user group access to different tools. Thus, families can manage their care, book a carer, or pay invoices, while carers can manage their shifts or find relevant jobs. Finally, the administrator provides the necessary assistance to both parties.
